Christmas trees: the first sighting!

I cannot blame the pressures of over-commercialisation of the festival; I have to confess that the tree is mine. It didn't sell when I erected it at a huge car boot sale adjacent to the M4 motorway, north of Bristol. Perhaps it is still too early to attract any serious interest. Though I did consider it might have been overlooked as a real tree:

Christmas tree with cones
Verisimilitude fools
Passing sales prospects

I grew hoarse telling all that passed the tree was not real and would keep until Christmas (and if they were to plant the pine cones they would reap a bumper crop of artificial Xmas trees next year ;-).
