This billboard's been up in an empty field for at least 8 years now. It used to say "Coming in Summer 2003: Constance Bay Plaza". While I'm happy there's no plaza, I've always found the derelict realty sign a bit embarrassing.

A couple days ago, someone took it upon themselves to paint over the old developer sign with these cheerful characters.
