In Repose

Well the dog had an easy day but not me! Planted three Pittosporum trees -thankfully the weather was cool :)

Well I got my 300mm f2.8 lens but sent it back - too heavy and this was an older version without VR so the combination made it difficult to shoot without a tripod. It also did not work with my TC1.7 which was a deal breaker for me.

I opted for the 300mm f4 which is much lighter though also lacks VR but it works with all the new Nikon TC's.

The new lens is backordered so not sure when I will be getting it :(
