A Thousand Bells

Brazilian artist Laura Belem's beautiful new installation at the National Museum Liverpool Oratory in St Jame's Garden, the grounds of the Anglican Cathedral. It is composed of 1000 glass bells and sound track telling an ancient legend. The legend tells about the bells on an island that sinks and how the sailors try to hear the bells ringing.
St jame's garden also meant so much to a friend of mine Prof. Tony Bradshaw, he worked every weekend with friends to maintain the gardens beauty.
