Flames

I managed to do a wee bit of the threatened paper work, but did it in front of the fire, while watching an old film on the telly. When it was done, I put on the pasta for tea, and decided to put some of the "Northern Lights" into the fire.
These are pine cones covered in copper sulphate (I think), which I bought for someone's Christmas. As so often happens, I fancied the gift myself, and ended up opening them. They produce lovely colours in the flames - think I will but some more!
