Gargoyle and Pigeon

The opened mouth of Gargoyles is for drainage of the guttering and is the same derivation as gargle, but I, of course, gargle in a much more refined fashion than this wide mouthed beastie.

Sometimes when I have no photos on my camera and time is ticking by and beautiful sunsets are not a certainty Donald will ask if I'd like a jaunt in his car to take unknown roads. This is so kind, so very thoughtful, but as we whizz along, in a style only known to those who have been passengers, I wonder how on earth I could train myself to observe the flying landscape with blippage in mind and spot any worthwhile blurs.
