Old Big 'Ed

Today's photo comes from (as the eagle-eyed or bus-spotters among you will have already noticed) Nottingham city centre. The photo is of course the legendary Brian Clough, former manager of both Derby County and Nottingham Forest.

Unfortunately the necessity of a daily photo blog can leave you having to make detours from the plans of the day (which, today, was coffee with friends and a spot of shopping in the city centre) and appearing to be the most blatant of tourists as you look for the most photogenic and iconic of images. But I'm used to that now.
