chop

my priorities are straight - I haven't packed yet, I haven't even ironed the clothes to pack yet - I leave in an hour....so, what do I do? Yup, kettle on, camera out...
My sole preparation so far is to go the office and load boss' car with stuff, come home, load camera battery and then fill my hipflask with schnaps...

I spotted the axe and old chopping block on the way to let the chickens out this morning and earmarked it for blipping. I'm glad I had time to get it. The patina on the axe is lovely.
