A really big fat pussy cat!

I know not much of a photo but I ran into this cat today and I couldn't believe my eyes. It was as round as a basketball! I spoke with the owners neighbour and asked if the cat was pregnant. He told me that she wasn't and continued to say that she doesn't get much exercise. I think maybe they should get a dog to sort out her exercise problem out. I've been living in the UK for 11 years and before then I have never seen so many overweight pets in my life. I know they love their pets but they are killing them. Maybe the RSPCA should have more powers to sort these owners out. (OK my rant is over.)
