Spring Salad

Today was the best Springday I've ever had in South Africa! We always get a terrible cold front on the 1st September, which is suppposed to be our official first day of spring! This year is the very first time ever, or at least to my knowledge, we could celebrate spring on Springday! Woohoo!! ... even made a springsalad with our chicken roast for tonight!! ;-)
