Reef ?

Took this pic / Blip over looking Boscombe pier and "The Reef? The Pier was built in 1889, and the National Piers Society voting it Pier of the Year 2010
The artificial reef is the only one in the northern hemisphere and one of only a handful in the world. It went way over budget and I think I am right when I say it cost £3 million, and so far has failed spectacularly! Whenever I have been down more surfers are to be found on the other side of the pier.
If you look really carefully you may just spot a wave on the far side !
