Got a Light?

It took ages and ages to get anything useful from this idea, and I thought it was simple.
Unfortunately there were a number of issues:
1. Trying to strike a match in a dark room is tricky as you can't see the match or the striker
2. Trying to strike a match in the 1 second time window that the shutter will be open for, remembering that you need about half a second for the match to actually flare
3. Making sure that the match head is within the small focus plane that results from using macro focus
4. Striking the match to find that inbetween turning the light off and striking the match there is now a huge cat's head right next to the match
Very pleased in the end, all part of my lightpainting experimentation though I'm not sure it really counts.
