Departure

The small town marina is just on the other side of our motel parking lot. At 8:00 am it's buzzing already with vacationers checking equipment, carrying coolers on board, getting ready for a day on the water. It's Labor Day, the unofficial official end of summer. We're heading home early, getting a head start on traffic.
