Mushroom

Hectic day today. Work all morning followed by a hospital appointment in the afternoon. Unfortunately, as I live in Queensferry, I have to go to Livingston rather than the hospital 5 minutes walk from my work. I suppose it wouldn't be so bad if I drove to work but on the bus it involves a twenty minute bus journey into town followed by an eighty minute journey to Livingston. after my five minute appointment it's a fifty minute bus journey home...

Still, my five minute appointment with a nurse was far more informative than my previous appointment with a specialist.

After that it was home for Taekwon Do.
