Light Wires

We went to BAPC yesterday. It was a great day and we had lots of fun. We got sixth place; the other team from Groningen ranked second!

I was too tired afterwards to do anything but sleep, so in retroaction, here's yesterday's blip. It is a stadium light of the Arke Stadion in Enschede, as seen from the train station Enschede Drienerlo, with overhead wires in the foreground. It's mainly an exercise in composition.

In the train back home we experimented with long shutter times, sometimes combined with a flash. It gave very interesting pictures, but most of them weren't actually taken by me, so I cannot post them here. However, I will definitely play around with these tricks myself soon!
