Seeing Double

Arrived home tonight to find two identical letters from my car insurance provider. When I renewed last week, I tried to make two changes online but it would only let me make one, so I phoned in the other change. This has been picked up as two separate changes!

One of the changes isn't even on the certificate, so I've got two identical letters! And that's even with me managing my policy online for an added discount!

They've quoted me happy... not sure about the environment! :)
