Let them eat/make cake

Busy day today, I could show you shots of loads of things, including a magnificent pumpkin I saw growing on a patch of waste land, or off the fabulous faux snake skin hair dresser's chair, but I decided on this one from Abbie.

On this rather autumnal day there was pumpkin soup and a fabulous apple and orange cake on the menu, which Abbie is helping prepare here after school.

Have to get ready for the parents evening at the girls' school, as Bert is in Kiev it will be down to me.
