Gladiolus

Sorry I missed yesterday, but the first day back at work after holiday is always manic and there was the small matter of a game of footie after work to attend to...
Anyways, this is the one corm that has flowered in my garden this year, and they were supposed to be red. Never mind, they are still lovely to look at and next year I will pay proper attention to mum's advice on planting. :-)
I wasn't going to use this pic, but I liked the raindrops and the weirdo morning sun effect while I had my coffee.
