Frozen in Time 1

A slight change of direction today. Thanks to all who offered suggestions to improve on yesterdays water splash. I'll be coming back to that particular problem in a day or two. In the meantime I have been playing with something I haven't done for about five years and have come up with this one for you today... Frozen in Time.
