Gie's a wee swally

Lacking in inspiration today, I just noticed the way the sunset was catching my favourite fridge magnet :) It's pinning up 'Shona's carrot cake' recipe, which I can testify, is simple and delicious!

I've had a long, long day in Helsinki and have a horrible headache just now so, back tomorrow, with more vigour!
