Leuchars Airshow

Another lovely if windy day. Took the nephew, girlfriend and son for a LONG walk up to the top of the hill. On the way up we experienced the red arrows, battle of britain fly past, spitfires, typhoons and several other planes up above and around us.

The top of the hill was a perfect spot - from there you have a 360 view, up towards St Andrews on the right, Arbroath and beyond on the left, Perth behind and Kinross to the side. On a day like today you can see for miles.

So we stood and plane spotted :) Not a regular pastime for us you understand - just once a year when its on our doorstep!
