Sunset

I don't normally get to see the sun set as I am busy with the kids, so catching this was a lovely surprise.

Spent all day being Mum's Taxi! The boys had rugby matches this morning ... had to be at school by 8.00am, and Annie had hockey training this afternoon.

I did get 2 hours Nordic Walking in on Salisbury plain, followed by an hours dog walk with Charlie, who was feeling very unloved.

I had a much better session in the gym with Tommy yesterday, but the combination of an hours training and first week back at Pilate's means that I am suffering a little today. My concern is that my next session in the gym is only 3 days away ... I'm not sure my muscles will have recovered by then!
