Ochils

Took a wander up the Ochils today with Alex, nothing strenuous but enough to get a glimpse past the escarpment. It's amazing that in the space of about a mile you can transfer from the industrialised escarpment of the hill and the Forth Valley to a beautiful landscape that rivals those in Yorkshire, the Peak, the Borders but is largely ignored.

I think I'll be heading up there more often....
