vada abditae

My first thought was to blip the lovely ripe and red apples we have harvested today. But I did not really get much interest in them visually.

Then the clouds in the September sky this afternoon reminded me of how as a kid I used to lust after a camera I could carry with me at al times (specifically an Olympus XA) unlike my bulky SLR.

But in the end, the best shot came this morning, when the Ouse swapped its normal brown hue for a bright blue and this coxless pair cruised comfortably past a tour boat.
