Hirkum pirkum

We had lovely summery weather this morning, but around 2AM the clouds started rolling in. This St. John's Wort stood out in the bright sunshine. 'Hirkum pirkum' is a popular name of both the plant itself and a kind of vodka (brännvin in Swedish) spiced with Hypericum perforatum or H. maculatum. St John's wort is widely used for various medical treatments, among others as a anti-depressant.
