The Goose and The Gander

Vegan Dinner

Tonight, I cooked a vegan dinner for The Goose and I.

We got the recipe from a book we recently checked out from the library.

The recipe, Cilantro Ginger Tempeh Toss, was easy to make, and quite delicious.

I love having a food processor and hope to continue this trend of making healthy food for the two of us to eat.
