So Good!

One of the best sushi joints in LA, Katsuya Izakaya, was jumping last night. Caught this shot from the end of the sushi bar as vats of rice and sushi chefs were in full tilt. Amazing the blistering pace these guys work in, while remaining methodical and calm.

Love the tattoo on one of the chef's forearm, and the small jutting of a waiter's hand as the chefs work on.
