Crafty corner

It was a very busy day at work and after a week of cases including domestic abuse and racial harassment I was happy to pop along to my friend's new place - a sewing cafe!

As you know I love to make things so when my friend said she was going to open somewhere you can hire seeing machines, cutting tables & tailors dummies I became very excited. Today she opened it for a coffee morning - well 11am til 8pm - in aid of Macmillan nurses.

Now home I'm frozen as it may be sunny in Glasgow but it's bitterly cold but as we say "musn't grumble". Just enough time for some sewing while learning to the radio.
