Ephemera

This morning I took my Aussie man to his first ever boot fair (don't they have them down under?). I think he quite enjoyed it; especially seeing the variety of things people sell.

I wasn't one of the best ones I've been to since it was just stalls and no cars so most of the items were clothes and light things that people, I assume, had carried to the venue.

There was one lady selling a seductive (to me anyway) array of post-war ephemera. I allowed myself to buy these Ministry of Food leaflets. I may try some of the recipes, although some of them seem slightly weird, such as 'Artichokes in Cheese Batter'. Eugh!
