Starry Skies ...

A lovely bright sky first thing this morning and while I was taking the rubbish out to the bins I started to play with light again and some plastic.



Hmmmm ... I actually quite like the little stars.


I ache all over but especially my feet and legs oh and my hip, I decided in my wise wisdom to bake cakes this morning for three hours ( thats ok I love baking cakes for my men) but this afternoon I walked into town for two hours plus with Aaron now I ache all over, grrr I hate this Hypermobility Syndrome at times (actually all the time).
