Graffiti monster

This made me laugh, a lot. There are several of these bollards studding the pavement outside Southwark Cathedral, and most of them have been given faces. This was the best, I thought. Genius.

A lovely sunny day in London today. After a wander and much salivation through Borough Market, we walked down the South Bank and peeked and the sand sculpture by Dirtybeach before heading home.

Lucky for us, there were two returned tickets for the comedy at South London Theatre - yay!! We were then allowed into the sold-out gig. Last week the comedians almost outnumbered the audience, and tonight there were over 100 people in to watch the gig - the reason being that Jo Brand headlined. It's a tiny theatre so the gig was intimate. Even more so because there was a power cut and the room was lit by candlelight. A great night with a fabulous line up of comedians.
