WILD CYCLAMEN -- SMALL AND BRAVE

These carpet secret places in the woods and bloom along shaded and damp roadsides. They push up from beneath fallen leaves much as wild mushrooms do.

It was a beautiful, warm and sunny morning here. It could have been summer except for the slant of the sun. There should be wild mushrooms tomorrow and I should be more cheerful. Too bad, it clouded over and turned cool.
