I think this is (possibly?) a 'Juniper Shieldbug'.

One of his cousins hitched a ride home with me.

In my hair... Lovely.

(The giveaway was the unwelcome 'zzz' in my ear).

And it bit me!

The good news is that I can (under pressure) move considerably more quickly than I'd previously have thought possible!
