Dragonfly Country

Found myself a new dragonfly habitat on Saturday, it's a section of water meadow I must have passed thousands of times over the years on my way in and out of Bedford. I've always known it was there but never really investigated it, there are mainly Common Darters at the moment with some Migrant Hawkers. As the main Dragonfly season is nearly over I am hopeful that next year there will be some other species too. I had just 15 minutes to spare on my way to picking up my better half from work so called in to see what I could blip, plenty of Common Darters so thats what I've blipped.
