Wednesday evening...bar night! This is where I learn my real Nepali! It's difficult to get a candid shot here because its a small room and the guys tend to pose for the camera, but I particularly like this one of the sAhujI cooking a papad over the naked flame of the gas stove.

Oh and sAhujI means literally shopkeeper, and the anglicised spelling includes capital letters to emphasise the 'a' and 'i' sounds....it's not a typo!!
