Very busy & stressful day at work, I had 2 months of statistical data collation to do in one day. It would normally take me about 3 and a half days. On top of that I had 21 appeal dates to process I only managed to do 14 in an hour then back to more statistics. You would think I had a magic wand or something.

Thank you Mum for picking me up today and listening to my moaning.
