Kitchen waterfall

Okay, not so much a waterfall, but a steady stream of water did spring forth from this light fixture amidst a very rainy Edinburgh day. Since napoleon was not around, it finally fell to me to go up into the loft and see what I could do to rectify the problem. Unfortunately, there was no clear evidence of how that much water had managed to accumulate in the base of the light, enough for it to start spilling over the top. Some very damp insulation, yes, but no major puddles. We've installed more buckets. We seem to be growing quite a collection of buckets up there. Thank goodness the scaffolding is already up and the rood will be fixed imminently.

Oh yeah, and I have heaps of blips to catch up on. Not sure if I'll ever manage to do them all, but hopefully some of the more notable ones from our holiday home.
