Finally I can see some results. My 1st goal was to get my tommy to a good fit. And now it's so close..!! For a couple of days I've been in a low-fat diet by cutting all possible fat(saturated and unsaturated) off my regimen. And I also eat long carbohydrates while trying to avoid SUGAR. And of course lots of protein:)
This fit tummy means plenty for me. I've always been fat, since I remember. It wasn't funny when I was teased because of my obesity. But anyway this doesn't mean that I am going to start teasing fat people, that would be wrong.
