If it is a real pirate boat, I would not be to worried. They probably have plastic swords.
I reckon it's Capt Pugwash!
Plus it's low tide and they would not be going every far for about another 5 hrs. Vazon bay is not the best place to land.
No really, this little boat has been down there for several months flying the flag.
I thought is would make a nice blip.
