And why did we go to Berlin?? Lovely husband and 2 friends were doing the marathon. Silly boys. This was taken under Brandenburg Gate about half an hour after we all met up at the end - I didn't hear the joke (probably for the best!) but the euphoria that they were sharing on completing the course was contagious. (Of course, I secretly think my feet probably hurt the most -see Monday 27th)

Did I mention hubby did it in 3hr09 (I'm a smug wife - is that annoying?!!)
