Dalton Road, Barrow-in-Furness.

Dalton Road is the main shopping street in Barrow.

Post-script. I hope I haven't conveyed too negative an image of Barrow. There are lots of amazing historic buildings in the town, and some have been restored to their former glory. But the town is an extraordinary amalgam of the old and the new, with occasional buildings like this in prominent places. many of the gaps in the historic buildings are the result of bombing in the 2nd World War. As for this building, I suspect the owners are resisting being bought out for redevelopment, there is a new market and shopping complex behind this.
