After out trek up the West Highland Way last week ( yes, I will stop going on about it at somepoint ) we decided that rather than going mountain biking at Glentress as originally planned, we'd pamper ourselves at the Balmoral Spa instead...

and very nice it was too...

as was lunch at Tiles - I think I like this place more at a lunchtime than when it's rammed on a Friday or Saturday night...
