This was taken as we waited for the L train to whisk us to our digs in Brooklyn after our final.epic Amtrak trip.

Even before I took this photo we witnessed a fight between two women that began with racist abuse and featured spitting and the use of mace spray. Plus cockroaches. Hey, NYC - how you doin'?
