As i was walking , down the pier to take advantage of the bright day ,and great light on the light house at the end of the pier,i got lots of great shots of swans , seals cormorants,a couple silhouetted against the bright sunshine,then i noticed that repairs which took place on the pier many years ago had started to lift,i also noticed old foot prints in the concrete,which would have been made by fishermen,who had gone about thier daily work,regardless of the freshly laid concrete what maybe 40years ago, or maybe much longer,they were still there unlike foot prints in the sand,which get washed away
