Doing the right thing, and doing things right

A momentous day today. Exciting news and new challenges ahead for a dear friend and the packing-up and departure from the house of loads of memories of our son, Peter, committed to packing cases en route for Australia. So because the former led to a few drinks and I was made to feel guilty about not assisting as much as I should have done in the latter, it seemed appropriate to cook supper.

So here you see chicken rogan josh and rice just before it's served - I prefer rogan josh with lamb, but we didn't have any in the freezer ... so chicken it had to be!
