Macaroni Cheese

Its been a tough week for my daughter at her new school. Negotiating public transport, new clubs. So come Friday she can choose what we eat. I could almost guess the answer, I knew it would have pasta in it somewhere.

So here it is, macaroni cheese - the musical production.
Macaroni cheese on a bed of lightly fried mushrooms... thats probably what they'd say on one of those cooking programs. My version is more like
Macaroni cheese with stuff what we had in the fridge that needed using.
