Studio shot

It was the first visit to the studio with this year's dance class. The mission today wasn't to get portraits they'd use for their portfolios but to get ones they could use to practice re-touching in Photoshop.

As such they got very little warning so they couldn't spend ages on hair or makeup. Also it was a white background and two big softboxes for the lighting rather than going for a black background and maybe a beauty dish and boards to accentuate the shadows.

As you can see the result was really flat even lighting which showed up every detail.

They seem like a good group so when we start going in and getting dance shots it should be good.
