Duddon Sunset #2

Taken from the same spot as Sunset #1

I had taken some other shots much earlier in the day.

In fact I've set up and taken the same set of shots 3 days on the run now, just not used them. I will soon!

Anyway I'd got some in the bank, but after the perpetual rain of today stopped I saw a potential sunset extravaganza brewing.

So I locked up the house, jumped back in the car, went up the hill and set up the camera.

I took shots as the sun sank and I think this was the best, but there was a very close second.
