One of my favourite therapies is to make bread rolls from scratch. I have developed the knack over a few years and it always seems to have the best results on days when my frustrations need to be vented.
Here's todays finished product...always knead for at least 10 mins....always alllow to rise twice...always add a bit of sugar to the mix and pumpkin seeds on the top..............mmmmmmmmmm:)
