Field Fare

Yesterday my brother and sister-in-law visited with their two boys. Amongst some of the goodies they brought were these turnips, picked (with permission, I'm told) from the farmer's field across the road from their house. They just looked quite pretty, I thought. I'm not sure what I'll do with them, perhaps get some haggis and tatties to compliment them. Yum!

I thought the newspaper's story title was very appropriate!
